We find that the Petition is pre-mature. If the Respondents do not take appropriate steps for granting the compensation to the Petitioners as per the provisions of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013, the Petitioner is at liberty to approach this Court.

The Writ Petition is disposed of with the aforesaid observations, with no order as to costs.
