The applicant in Bail Application No. 1756 of 2015 was the husband of the present applicant, who has expired on 16 November 2021. According to the applicant, this Court after releasing her husband on bail by order dated 21 July 2016 permitted him to travel abroad on the condition of deposit Rs. 1 Lakh in the Registry of this Court. According to the applicant, her husband had accordingly deposited Rs. 1 Lakh in the Registry of this Court.

The applicant has filed the present application to withdraw the said amount. In support of the application, the applicant has placed on record copy of the death certificate of her husband. 3.

Considering the overall facts and and circumstances of the case, the applicant is permitted to withdraw the said amount of Rs. 1 Lakh. 4.

Interim Application is disposed of.
