Heard the learned counsel for the Applicant.

By this application, the applicant seeks recall of para 3 of the order dated 18th June, 2013, which reads thus:-

In the event the Counsel for the applicant does not replace illegible copies of the annexures within one week from today, the application shall stand dismissed for want of prosecution without further reference to the Court."

Perused the papers. For the reasons set out in the application, the application is allowed. Para 3 of the order dated 18th June, 2013, is recalled and Criminal Application No.253 of 2013, is restored to file. 5.
The Application is accordingly disposed of.

Criminal Application No.253 of 2013, be placed for 'admission' on 18th August, 2016. Learned Counsel, Mr.Sachin Kadam, waives notice on behalf of Respondent No.1.
