1] Applicant is seeking regular bail in C.R. No. 524/2020 registered with Shivaji Nagar for Offences punishable under Sections 307, 504 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 37(1)(A), 135 of Maharashtra Police Act.

2] Applicant and complainant are real brothers. Applicant is alleged to have stabbed the complainant in armpit resulting into grievous injury.

3] Prayer is opposed on the ground that there is enough material to demonstrate prima facie involvement of the applicant in the crime 1/2

4] I am informed that there are no criminal antecedents. Complainant and applicant since are real brothers, applicant can be directed to remain outside the jurisdiction of the police station. (i) Applicant be released on bail in C.R. No. 524/2020 registered with Shivaji Nagar for Offences punishable under Sections 307, 504 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 37(1)(A), 135 of Maharashtra Police Act upon furnishing P.R. bond in the sum of Rs. 15,000/- with one or more sureties in the like amount.

(ii) Applicant shall neither influence the prosecution witnesses in any manner nor tamper with the evidence.

(iii) Applicant shall remain outside the jurisdiction of concerned police station till charge is framed.
