This is an application for cancellation of bail granted to Respondent No.1 vide order dated 15/07/2017 in PMLA Spl. Case No.6 of 2017.

Learned counsel for the Applicant states that draft charge has been submitted. He further states that Respondent No.1 has not violated any of the terms and conditions of bail order dated 15/07/2017. 3.

I have gone through the records. In the light of the above, and considering the fact that the matter is now at the stage of framing of charge, no purpose will be served by cancelling the bail. Moreover the 1/2
