By the above Civil Applications/ Interim Applications the Applicant Municipal Corporation is seeking condonation of delay in filing the First Appeals challenging the impugned judgment and decree passed by the Trial Court.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicant Municipal Corporation and the averments made in the Civil Applications / Interim Applications, I am satisfied that the Applicant has made out a case for allowing the Civil Applications / Interim Applications.
