Heard the learned Counsel for the parties.

The learned APP, on instructions, submits that till date no FIR has been registered against the applicant. The learned APP submits that in the event it is decided to proceed against the applicant, a notice under Section 41-A of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, will be given to the applicant. 3.

In view of the aforesaid statement, the application stands disposed with a direction to follow mandate of law in the matter of giving notice under Section 41-A of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.
