The petition has tendered the Judgment and Order dated 2nd June, 2023, passed by the Family Court, Pune, granting divorce by mutual consent under Section 13B of the Hindu Marriage Act, filed by Lalita and Sagar, jointly. A photocopy of the said Judgment and Order is taken on record.

Considering the aforesaid, nothing survives for further consideration in the aforesaid petition.

The petition is accordingly disposed of.
