2) Learned AGP, on instructions, makes a statement that in view of the admitted position on record and also in view of the judgment in Writ Petition No. 6438 of 2017 dated 13th July, 2017 in similarly situated matter as this Court (Coram : B.R.Gavi & Riyaz I. Chagla,JJ) has already granted protection directing the concerned respondent-Zilla Parishad to grant the relief, as prayed, based upon no objection already given by respondent No.2-Zilla Parishad about inter district transfer. Therefore, the matter can be disposed of. In view of this, the writ petition is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a), as case is made out by the petitioner. 3) Rule is made absolute accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs.
