In this Civil Revision Application, the challenge is to the order dated 28/08/2014, by which the Appeal Court has granted a stay upon the execution of the impugned decree dated 25/10/2012 subject to the Applicant depositing 75% of the decreetal amount. The learned Counsel for Applicant states that after the filing of this Civil Revision Application, the Applicant has complied with the impugned order. Even otherwise, the condition imposed, was almost a routine condition, to be imposed in matters of stay upon execution of money decree.

For the aforesaid reasons, there is no reason to interfere with this Civil Revision Application. The same is accordingly disposed of.

Civil Application does not survive and the same is also dismissed.
