Learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to approach the Station House Officer of Silvasa Police Station in respect of her grievance raised in the present writ petition. Leave with liberty as prayed for is granted. Writ petition is allowed to be withdrawn and is dismissed as such. 2.
It is made clear that this Court has not gone merits of the matter and all points and contentions of the respective parties are kept open.

In the event, Petitioner approaches Silvasa Police Station with her complaint, police shall look into the allegations made in it and take decision on the said complaint as expeditiously as possible and at any rate within two weeks from the date of filing of such complaint.
