1] The complainant is intervenor and submits that he has no objection for releasing the Applicant on bail. 2] When the subject CR is perused alongwith injury certificate place at page 90, it can be seen that the injured has sustained serious injuries and on earlier occasion when the Court expressed disinclination to grant pre-arrest bail, the application was withdrawn. 3] When the learned counsel for the Applicant is asked for change in circumstances which would persuade me to entertain the present Application, the first being withdrawn on 26.04.2022, he is unable to point out any change in circumstances except that now the 1/2
