This Review Petition is directed against the judgment and order dated 31st August, 2012 in Second Appeal No. 398 of 2011. 2.

Perused the papers in Regular Civil Suit No. 60/80. I am of the view that this Review Petition is not maintainable within the ambit of Section 114 and Order 47(1) of Code of Civil Procedure. Hence, the Review Petition is dismissed.
