By a detailed order dated 21st September, 2015, the Applicant was protected by way of the interim relief. It is the precise case of the Applicant that he is owner of the premises which was given to the other co-accused persons on a rental basis. The other co-accused persons have slaughtered certain animals which, under the law, was prohibited at the said premises.

The learned counsel appearing for the Applicant submitted that in pursuance of the order dated 21st September, 2015, the Applicant had attended the Investigating Officer on the stipulated dates. She further submitted that the Applicant Borey 1/2

spb/ 8aba1391-15.sxw had also submitted necessary and/or relevant documents to the Investigating Officer.

The record discloses that the Investigating Officer had not attended the Court or the Office of the Public Prosecutor and, therefore, the present Application was adjourned on 24th November, 2015, 9th December, 2015 and on 8th January, 2016. It appears that the investigation qua the Applicant is no more required by the Investigating Officer and therefore, he is not interested in pursuing the present application. In the premises, the interim relief granted in favour of the Applicant by order dated 21st September, 2015 is hereby confirmed.
