For the reasons recorded separately, following order is passed :

Sessions Case No.183 of 2013 pending on the file of Sessions Judge for Greater Bombay, Mumbai at Dindoshi arising out of FIR No. 323 of 2012 registered with Kurar Police Station for the offence punishable under sections 363, 366-A and 376 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 is hereby quashed. Since the case is quashed, the Petitioner be released forthwith, if not required in any other case.
