This court by order dated 28th November 2022, granted stay to the impugned decree, subject to deposit of decreetal amount within six (6) weeks. The applicant is, therefore, seeking extension of time to deposit the said amount. 2.

Considering the reasons stated in the application, the period to deposit decreetal amount as per order dated 28th November 2022 is extended for a period of two (2) weeks from today.

It is made clear that no further extension shall be granted to the applicant on any count. It is also made clear that if the applicant fails to pay the amount as per order dated 28th
