P.C.:- By this application the Applicants have sought to condone the delay of 12 days in filing restoration application and has further sought restoration of application No.1228 of 2015, which was dismissed for non compliance of conditional order dated 20th July, 2016. 2.
By order dated 20th July, 2016 the Applicants were given two weeks' time to supply copies. The Applicants were put to notice that the civil application would stand dismissed without further reference to the Court in the event the copies were not furnished within the stipulated time.

The learned counsel for the Applicants states that he was unable to furnish copies due to inadvertence. He undertakes to furnish copies within a period of two weeks.

In the light of the said statement and in view of the reasons stated in the application, the delay is condoned in filing civil application No.1228 of 2015. Civil Application No.1228 of 2015 is restored to file subject to cost of Rs.2000/- to be paid to the High Court Legal Services Authority, within a period of two weeks.
