It is to be noted that this court, by order dated 10/07/2015 allowed the Civil Application made by the Applicant permitting them to withdraw Rs.4,00,000/- with accrued interest. Hence, whatever amount deposited by the Appellant Union of India in the account of the present First Appeal, Applicant is entitled to withdraw the same, including interest, if any accrued.
