Learned Counsel for the Applicant seeks liberty to withdraw this Application and to approach the Court of Sessions by filing Revision Application.

Considering this request, the Application is allowed to be withdrawn. The Applicant is at liberty to approach the Court of Sessions by way of present Application, challenging the same impugned order, which is under challenge in this Application. After such Revision Application is filed, it shall be decided in accordance with law. If the issue of limitation arises, the Court Ashwini V
