This is an application for further relaxation of the conditions imposed upon the applicant, by an order dated 11.8.2016 in Application No.640 of 2016 in Bail application No.437 of 2016 passed by this Court. 2.
The applicant has been directed to be released on bail by an order dated 21.6.2016 passed in Bail Application No.437 of 2016. By the said order the applicant was directed to be released on bail on her furnishing PR bond of Rs.20,000/- with one surety in the like amount. On an application filed by the applicant bearing Application No.640 of 2016 this Court by its order dated 11.8.2016 relaxed the said condition and the applicant was permitted to furnish PR bond of Rs.20,000/- with one or two sureties to make up the amount.

The leaned counsel for the applicant submitted that despite the relaxation granted by this Court in the main condition by its order dated 11.8.2016 the applicant is unable to furnish the sureties in the like amount as it requires solvency certificate. He further submitted that the brothers of the applicant are unable to get solvency certificate for an amount of Rs.20,000/- and he therefore prayed that the condition may be further relaxed. 4.
In view of the above and in view of the facts mentioned in the application the condition to furnish PR bond of Rs.20,000/- with one or two sureties to make up the amount is hereby relaxed and the applicant is permitted to furnish the PR bond of Rs.10,000/- with one or more sureties in the like amount.

It is made clear that rest of the conditions imposed upon the applicant by an order dated 21.6.2016 are not disturbed.
