1. Ms. Yadav, learned counsel appearing for the Applicant - New India Insurance Company submitted that Civil Application No.313 of 2020 has been filed by the Insurance Company for seeking condonation of delay of 241 days in filing the First Appeal. She submitted that the reasons for delay are mentioned in paragraph No.2 of the Application. I have perused the reasons given.

2. In view of the reasons given it appears that no particular person is at fault since the papers got mixed up and were not traceable inspite of repeated efforts. Only after the papers were traced in June, 2019, the applicant immediately approached the legal department for filing the First Appeal and the present Civil Application.

3. In view of the above, delay of 241 days stands condoned. Appellant to number the First Appeal on or before the next date.
