Heard the learned Counsel for the applicant.

This application is preferred for pre-arrest bail in connection with CR No.180 of 2021, registered with Alankar Police Station, Pune, for the offences punishable under Sections 120B, 406, 409, 420 and 467 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 ("the Penal Code").

The learned APP informed the Court that the applicant has preferred an application for pre-arrest bail before the Court of Session, which is listed for final disposal on 14th July, 2022. 4.

The learned Counsel for the applicant submits that the instant application was preferred as the Court of Session had not granted interim relief. By an order dated 3rd November, 1/2

7-ABA2729-2021.DOC 2021, this Court has granted interim protection with a direction to the applicant to attend the police station. 5.

Since the application is pending before the Court of Session, there is no propriety in entertaining this application. Hence, the application stands disposed.

The interim protection granted by this Court shall continue to operate till the passing of the final order by the Court of Session in the pending application.

7.

The Court of Session shall decide the application for prearrest bail on its own merits and in accordance with law without being influenced by the interim order passed by this Court. [N. J. JAMADAR, J.] 2/2
