By this Writ Petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, the Petitioners/original Plaintiffs are challenging the concurrent findings recorded by both the courts.

The learned counsel Mr. S R More appearing for the Petitioners submits that during pendency of the present Writ Petition, the Regular Civil Suit No.861 of 2012 stood dismissed by an order dated 09/11/2017. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Petitioners and as the suit itself is disposed of by the order dated 09/11/2017, lgc
