This Application is filed for bail in the event of arrest while Application filed before the Sessions Court, Dindoshi, was pending and as no interim relief was granted by the Sessions Court. In view of this fact, this Court by order dated 4th November, 2021 had directed to expedite the Application before the Trial Court.

It is informed that subsequently by order dated 18th April, 2022, the Sessions Court granted the said Anticipatory Bail Application No.1552 of 2021. The copy of the order is placed on record. 3.

Learned Advocate in view of the above position prays for withdrawal of this Application.
