P.C.:- Considering the averments made and earlier order passed by this Court, whereby it was directed to the Respondents to consider the Application without caste validity certificate for the first year BDS Course and the Petitioner accordingly persuaded her studies therefore, for the same reason and as the caste claim is also pending, the Respondents are directed to allow the Petitioner to appear for the examination and also declare the result.

In the meantime, Respondent No.3-the Caste Scrutiny 1/2

ssm 2 22-wp9729.14.sxw Committee to decide the caste claim of the Petitioner, as early as, possible within eight months from today. It is made clear that this order will be applicable for the Second year also. In view of above, Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
