The Petitioner is seeking a direction to RespondentCorporation to demolish the alleged unauthorised construction carried out by Respondent nos. 3 to 6. No legal right of the Petitioner is demonstrated neither the Petition is filed as a Public Interest Litigation after following Rules framed by this Court which mandates disclosures to demonstrate bonafides and deposit of the amount, if so, directed. Therefore we are not inclined to proceed further with the Writ Petition.

Keeping the issue raised in this Petition open, as and when it is brought before this Court in appropriate proceedings, we dispose of this Petition.
