This is an application for anticipatory bail. The applicant is apprehending arrest in C.R. No.77 of 2019 registered with Dadar Police Station, Mumbai for offence under Section 420, 465, 467, 468, 471 r/w Section 34 of Indian Penal Code (for short "IPC").

The First Information Report (for short 'FIR') would indicate that the amount involved in the alleged transactions is Rs.37,96,850/- The applicant was granted interim protection vide order dated 23rd August, 2019. The applicant had filed undertaking by SAJAKALI LIYAKAT JAMADAR Date:

that without prejudice to his rights and contentions he is ready to deposit the amount of Rs.37,96,850/-. The amount is deposited. Learned Advocate has produced receipt regarding the said deposit. 3.
While granting interim protection this Court has considered the submissions of the learned counsel for the applicant and the fact that he is willing to deposit the aforesaid amount. The applicant was earlier directed to appear before the Investigating Officer. It is submitted that the applicant has complied the said directions. In view of the above, the interim protection granted to the applicant vide order dated 23rd August, 2019 can be confirmed. 4.
Hence, I pass the following order:
ORDER
(i) Anticipatory Bail Application No. 1822 of 2019 is allowed;
(ii) Interim order dated 23rd August, 2019 is confirmed. (iii) In the event of arrest of the applicant in connection with in C.R. No.77 of 2019 registered with Dadar Police Station, Mumbai, the applicant be released on bail on furnishing P. R. Bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- with one or two sureties in the like amount;
(iv) The applicant shall appear before the investigating officer as and when called for till filing of charge-sheet.
(v) Anticipatory Bail Application stands disposed of accordingly.
