Considering the averments made and as the issue of gratuity is not raised for want of alternate remedy available in this regard and it is subject to a decision on his Application/Representation dated 10-12-2011, we are inclined to direct the Respondent to decide the said Representation as early as possible and preferably within four weeks and communicate the decision thereon at the earliest.
