The Writ Petition itself was disposed of on 22 September 2017. While disposing of the Writ Petition, this Court has passed the following order: "The learned counsel for the Petitioner placed on record letter dated 20th September, 2017 written by the Petitioner1/2

In view of instructions, the learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the Petition. Leave is granted.

The Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Ad-interim relief stands vacated."

In the circumstances, the ad-interim order dated 11 May 2017 already stands vacated. The Civil Application is thoroughly misconceived. Hence, the Civil Application is dismissed.
