The Applicants are seeking anticipatory bail in connection

(18) aba.2799.2021.doc with C.R. No.259 of 2021 dated 9th April, 2021 registered at Ambernath Police Station, Thane, under Sections 420, 409 r/w 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

At the outset, the learned APP makes a statement on instructions received from the Investigating Officer who is present in Court today, that the investigating agency does not want custody of any of the Applicants for investigation.

In this view of the matter, both the Applications will have to be allowed.

Hence, the following order :

(i) In the event of their arrest in connection with C.R. No. 259 registered with Ambernath Police Station, Thane, the Applicants are directed to be released on bail on each of them furnishing PR bond in the sum of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty Thousand Only) with one or two sureties each in the like amount.

(ii) The Applicants shall attend the concerned police station as and when called and shall co-operate with the investigation.

(iii) The Applications stand disposed of accordingly. (SARANG V. KOTWAL, J.)
