O R D E R

The petition is partly allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). The order dtd. 18th May, 2015 passed in Criminal Appeal No. 476 of 2014 clarified by the order dtd.20th July, 2015 on Miscellaneous Application No. 1627 of 2015 is hereby modified.

Dusane 2/2 apl1008.2015 The petitioner shall pay interim maintenance of Rs.15,000/- per month to respondent no.1 from the month of May, 2015. The petitioner has been paying a sum of Rs.7,000/- to respondent no.1 leading to arrears of Rs.1,76,000/-. The petitioner shall pay every month, towards the arrears, an additional sum of Rs.15,000/- towards the arrears starting from the month of March, 2017 until January, 2018 and the additional sum of Rs.11,000/- for the month of February, 2018. The petitioner shall deposit the amount of maintenance as well as the instalments towards the arrears in the bank account of respondent no.1 on/or before 10th of every month. The advocate for respondent no.1 shall furnish the details of the bank account to the advocate for the applicant.
