1] In view of submissions made about false implication of the applicants, this Court granted an opportunity to the applicants to place on record an affidavit thereby to bring to the notice of this Court appointment orders, salary slip and the account details which the applicants have failed to.

2] As per prosecution case, applicants are involved in a serious 1/2

18.2708.21 aba.doc economic offence. There are similar antecedents against the applicants.

3] As such, from the record it is apparent that there is strong material depicting involvement of the applicants in a serious economic offence based on bank account entries of the applicants. 4] That being so, no case for bail is made out. Application stands rejected.
