This is an application for bringing legal heirs of respondent No.1 (since deceased) on record. Respondent No.1 died on 16th June, 2017. The application is filed on 7th September, 2017. Office remark shows that it is filed in time. Hence, C.A. is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) with no order as to costs. Amendment in the main Petition shall be carried out within two weeks from today and amended slip shall be made over to the other side within the same time.
