Mr. Saste, Learned APP appearing for the respondent/State has tendered across the bar a letter written by the Senior Superintendent of Jail Class-1, Mumbai Central Prison, Mumbai which is taken on record and marked '

X' for identification.

Learned APP submitted that the trial has already been commenced. It appears that there was a request of the petitioner to transfer the trial from Mumbai to Madhya Pradesh on account of threat issued to his family. Considering the fact that trial has already been commenced and there are two more co-accused, the request of the prayer of the petitioner for transfering the Ethape

In view of the disposal of main writ petition nothing further survives for consideration in interim application. The interim application also stand disposed of.
