DATED : 23rd SEPTEMBER, 2022 P.C:- The two applicants who were arraigned as accused in C.R.No.336/2019 came to be released by two distinct orders passed by this court i.e. 18/2/2021 and 16/6/2021. The release of the applicants was permitted on furnishing provisional cash bail security in the sum of Rs.25,000/- for a period of 12 weeks in lieu of surety and within the said period, one or more sureties were directed to be furnished.

Period of more than one year had expired when there is no compliance and the applicants are enjoying the protection on the basis of the provisional cash bail.
