1] The subject CR invoke offence punishable under Section 420 of the Indian Penal Code against the present Applicant. 2] It is informed that notice under Section 41A of the Cr.P.C. was received by the Applicant, but on account of his illness he could not report.

The learned counsel for the Applicant states that the Applicant shall report to the Investigating Officer within a period of one week from today.

3] The Investigating Officer on Applicants attending Police Station, 1/2

(908)ABA-2576-2022.doc shall follow the procedure prescribed under Section 41A of the Cr.P.C. and in case if he is desirous of arresting him, shall record reasons to that effect in writing. In case if he reaches to conclusion that custodial interrogation is necessary, he shall give 72 hours advance notice to the Applicant.
