The present Civil Application is filed for adding the Applicants as "Petitioner Nos.6 and 7", as during the pendency of the Writ Petition, they have purchased the suit property. It is submitted that, they were also added as party in the Trial Court.

In view thereof, the Civil Application is allowed and the Applicants are directed to be added as "Petitioner Nos.6 and 7" to this Petition. Learned counsel for the Petitioners to carry out necessary amendment forthwith.
