This is a petition challenging termination of services dated 16th August, 2004 and orders dated 19th December, 2006 and 17th March, 2008 of the School Tribunal and Despite the gross delay in approaching this court, in paragraph 13 of the petition, the petitioner makes the following averment: "There is no delay and/or latches in filing the present petition."

2. In my view, no ground is made out for interference at this belated stage. Hence, the petition is dismissed.
