Heard the learned Advocates for the parties. The Appeal filed before the Collector impugning the order dated 29 th October, 2021 passed by the Enquiry Officer, City Survey, Diu shall be heard by the Collector from 8 th November, 2021 onwards. No coercive action shall be taken against the Petitioners until the Collector decides the Appeal and for a period of two weeks thereafter in the event of the order being against the Petitioners.
