P.C.:- This is an Application for intervention by witnesses in C.R. No.30 of 2019 registered with Arnala Sagari Police Station, District Palghar. Record indicates that, first informant Mr. Vikas Narsinha Vartak so also the Applicants herein have already been impleded as Respondents in ABA No.647 of 2019 filed by the alleged principal accused- Mr. Mahesh Yashwant Bhoir.

Admittedly, the Applicants are not first informant in the crime and the present Application is filed on the ground that, they are equally 1/2

In view of the fact that, the Applicants have been impleaded in ABA No.647 of 2019 filed by the Principal accused- Mr. Mahesh Yashwant Bhoir. this Court is of the opinion that, the present Application need not be entertained and is accordingly disposed off.
