By this application, the applicant seeks extension of time of eight weeks to enable the Applicant to complete the surety procedure and consequently seeks continuation of the provisional cash bail facility for a period of six weeks.

Learned Counsel for the applicant submits that although the applicant has submitted the surety as directed by this Court, the surety process is likely to take some time.

Learned Counsel for the Respondent No.1 does not dispute the same.

In view of the aforesaid, the Application is allowed and time is extended by a period of six weeks to enable the applicant to complete the surety process and consequently the provisional cash bail facility is also continued for a period of six weeks.

The Application is allowed in the aforesaid terms and is accordingly disposed of.
