Heard Mr. R.R.Salvi, learned counsel for the applicants and Mr. Ajit Savagave, learned counsel for the respondent no.3.

This is an application for bringing legal representatives of respondent no.1Dattatraya Tukaram Pharane, since deceased, on record. Respondent no.1 died on 9.2.2008,. leaving behind respondents no.1A to 1F on record.

Cause title shows that respondent no.1B has died, for which separate application is filed. Office remark shows that

2/2 CAS/1288/2014 respondents no.1A,1C to 1F are served.

However, they have neither entered appearance nor filed their affidavit opposing the application.

In view thereof and for the reasons stated in the Application, Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (b),(c) and (d) with no order as to costs.

Amendment in the main Appeal shall be carried out within 14 days from today.
