The learned counsel appearing for the applicants states that final settlement could not take place between the applicants and the second respondent. Hence, he seeks permission to withdraw this application for quashing in which quashing of the FIR was sought only on the ground of settlement. He seeks permission to file a fresh application seeking quashing of the FIR on merits. Accordingly, we dispose of this Petition as withdrawn with liberty as prayed.

All contentions on merits are kept open.
