Applicants are seeking pre-arrest bail in Crime No. 48 of 2021 registered with Nagpada Police Station for the offence punishable under Section 420 r/w 34 of IPC.

It is an admitted position that applicants have accepted consideration of around Rs.76,00,000/- way back in 2014 and till date have not honored the commitment.

There are similar antecedents against the applicants. 4.

Prima-facie, involvement of the applicants in the crime can be very much noticed. No case for grant of bail is made out. 5.

Application as such stands rejected.
