Mr.Patil, learned APP points out that the offence involved in C.R.No.576 of 2021 is inter alia under section 3(1)(r) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 (for short "said Act"). He states that by the order dated 1/10/2021 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Thane in Criminal Bail Application No.3174 of 2021 bail application was rejected. He pointed out that section 14-A of the said Act and submitted that the Applicant has to file appeal. 2.
In view of this Mr.Shukla, learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant seeks withdrawal of Criminal Bail Application with liberty to file
hcs 2/2 25 ba 3819-21.doc appeal under section 14A of the said Act, therefore, Bail Application is allowed to be withdrawn with liberty as prayed. 3.
