DATED : 12th MARCH 2020 P.C:- By the present application, the applicant seeks a relief of condonation of delay of 64 days delay in preferring the said Appeal. On perusal of the application, paragraph nos.3 to 5 contain the justification for filing the Appeal beyond the period of limitation.

Perusal of the said grounds set out in the said application do make out a case of condoning the delay of 64 days. Resultantly, Civil Application No. 269 of 2020 is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).

Registry is directed to register the First Appeal and list the Appeal after two weeks.
