1] Upon pronouncement of Judgment, learned counsel for the appellant requests to modify the condition No.(iii) of furnishing bail of Rs.5,00,000/- with one surety to the extent that the appellant may be permitted to deposit cash security for a period of four weeks. The request is accepted. The appellant is permitted to deposit Rs.5,00,000/- , towards cash security for a period of four weeks, at the time of releasing on bail in the trial Court.
