1] The Petition challenges the order dated 28th August 2017. It is submitted that the Respondent authority has no power to suspend the services of the Petitioner.

2] Undisputedly, the Petitioner is a teacher working on the establishment of the Pune Zilla Parishad. The suspension, pending departmental enquiry is right of an employer. In any case, even during suspension, the Petitioner would be entitled to the suspension allowance. In that view of the matter, we are not inclined to entertain the above Petition.
