Petitioners, victims in Crime No.75 of 2012 registered with Pant Nagar Police Station, Mumbai, have preferred present petition for transfer of its investigation to Economic Offences Wing of Crime Branch or any other investigating agency.

Record indicates that, on 8th February 2023 learned APP on instructions from concerned Police Officer had made statement that, supplementary charge sheet has already been filed on 7th February 2023 in the Court of Metropolitan Magistrate, 50th Court, Vikroli, Mumbai.
