This Application is for condonation of 15 days delay in preferring the appeal challenging the judgment and award dated 27.06.2019 passed by the Bombay City Civil Court at Mumbai in L.C.Suit No.8385/1998 dismissing the suit for declaration that the Applicant is entitled to Shop No.211.

No order as to costs.
